Consulting, Coaching and Assessment
$2,400 per day plus related expenses. |

Interim Management Fee
dependent upon position and level of responsibility. |

Executive Search
|
The fee for an executive search is calculated at 30% of the hired
candidate’s projected total first year compensation (Salary, Commission
and Bonus).

Payment terms: A retainer of one-third of the
estimated search fee is due upon acceptance of the assignment. A progress
payment of one-third is due 30 days after the assignment begins, and the
balance is due upon the candidate’s start date. |
| Expenses: All approved telephone, fax, overnight delivery, and travel
expenses directly related to the assignment are billed separately. We will
make every effort to minimize expenses. |
